Our supports
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Ongoing assistance for eligible NDIS participants who need support with daily life at home. Support is planned around the person and may include personal care, meal preparation, household routines, medication support, skill development and participation in the community.
Community Participation
Individual support to attend activities, build social connections, develop skills and participate in community life.
High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities
Specialised Living is registered to deliver complex bowel care within the high-intensity support category. We can also support day-to-day medication management. Delivery is subject to assessment, appropriate worker training and the participant’s individual support arrangements.
Group and Centre-Based Activities
Structured and enjoyable activities that encourage participation, creativity, wellbeing and social connection.
Assistance with Personal Activities
Respectful assistance with personal care and daily routines, tailored to the participant’s preferences and support needs.
Daily Tasks and Shared Living
Practical support with household routines and everyday living tasks, focused on building skills, confidence and independence.
Travel and Transport Assistance
Support to travel safely to appointments, activities, education, employment and other community destinations.
Service note: The availability and suitability of supports are discussed during the enquiry and intake process and depend on each participant’s goals, assessed needs, funding and service location.
